We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Money Orders. However, In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, we only ship to the address that is listed with your credit card company. Therefore, if you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address, please contact your credit card company and have them list an alternate shipping address.
All orders are processed through our secured server. Before shipping, our Credit Department will re-verify all orders and payments. No International Credit Cards will be accepted.
All billing information and shipping address (if different from billing address) is subject to verification for safety and security purposes. Please note that there may be delays associated with verifying billing and shipping address information which may hold your order until resolved.
For money order purchases, if full payment is not received within 10 business days from the original date of order, newpowersupply.com will automatically cancel your order. All merchandises purchased through money orders/ check will be shipped after the money has been deposited and cleared by our bank.

All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials/promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on pricing and product availability information. newpowersupply.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

newpowersupply.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, also on typographical and photographical of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on newpowersupply.com is accurate, complete, or current.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. newpowersupply.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. newpowersupply.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of any item you ordered. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Credit card dispute charge is not acceptable. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please contact customer service for more information. Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 business hours. However, we do not guarantee all orders will be shipped according to our usual process due to back orders, out of stock and/or credit card verification delay.
newpowersupply.com will only accept all change/cancel order requests by phone. So please call during our business hours (9am to 5pm PST) to change/cancel any order. Also, all processes must be done before the order has been shipped out.

"Rush Processing"
For customers in a hurry, we offer to process and ship out your order at the same business day we receive it. This option only applies to orders received before 12:00 Noon Pacific Standard Time and being shipped to your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out within the next business day.
Same day rush processing is not guaranteed. If for any reason your order did not get shipped out within the expected amount of time, the "Rush Processing" fee will not be charged.

Back Orders
newpowersupply.com will only ship complete orders, If your order includes an item on backorder, we will contact you regarding the backordered item with a choice of holding the order until the backordered items are in or removing the backordered item from the order.

Please note that we only ship on weekdays. For HI, and AK, UPS can only ship via 2nd day or overnight and shipping time will not be guaranteed. We do not ship to Guam. newpowersupply.com offers flat rate (Our Shipping) on selected items (UPS Ground or USPS Mail at its discretion) . This promotion is only valid for orders with domestic shipping addresses (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.) Due to special handling required, APO/FPO address orders are not eligible for this promotion. APO/FPO address order will be shipped via US Postal Service.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. New Power Supply will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Physical Damage or Loss
Once you receive your order, you are liable for loss or physical damage. Physical damage will void all warranties offered by newpowersupply.com and/or the manufacturer. You as the buyer are liable for inspection of the products upon delivery. You will be responsible for contacting newpowersupply.com regarding claim of any products damaged, tampered, and/or loss in transit. If you receive an order which you find to be physically damaged upon delivery, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery for further assistance. newpowersupply.com will file shipping claim with the carrier. newpowersupply.com is not the carrier, therefore is not directly responsible for lost or damaged packages. newpowersupply.com will make the effort to address any issues or concerns. In cases of physical damage by the carrier, you need to keep the merchandise in the original packing materials for NO LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS for claim purposes. newpowersupply.com will instruct you on the necessary procedures to follow. newpowersupply.com will send a replacement after the claim has been settled. Replacement will be sent via Ground Service, unless otherwise requested, in which you will be liable for any added charges resulting from upgrading the shipping method.

Refuse Shipments
If you wrongfully refuse to accept your order or return products without legal excuse or authorization, you will be held liable for a service fee of 15% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred. newpowersupply.com may choose, at its discretion, to refuse to accept the unauthorized returns. You will be held liable for any charges associated with sending any unauthorized returned products back to you. newpowersupply.com is not responsible for any loss or damage on unauthorized refused/return products.

Warranty Policy
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your New Power Supply Return Policy. Products that are returned to New Power Supply with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your own expense ($20 minimum charge).
  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. RMA will automatically be cancelled after 10 business days.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refund after 30 days from the original invoiced date. No refund for non-defective product which the original packaging box is opened.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns, including DOA product.
  • No refund for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
  • Defective products can also be returned for repair/replacement at our discretion.
  • All refurbished and clearance products will be covered under 15 days repair warranty only.
  • Monitor can be return for repair only if 8 or more dead pixels.
  • After 30 days from the original invoiced date, please contact the manufacturer for direct warranty service. For additional assistance or for any manufacturers not listed, you may contact newpowersupply.com via email: custserv@newpowersupply.com.
  • The following items are not returnable due to manufacturer's policies: TV, plasma screens, Creative Labs products, Hewlett Packard products, IBM products, Intel products, notebooks and laptops, printers, processors (CPU), memory, software (including video games). The manufacturer will provide direct assistance with any necessary replacements.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise noted, all products sold by newpowersupply.com are covered by our 30-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. newpowersupply.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to newpowersupply.com arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall newpowersupply.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. newpowersupply.com and the materials therein are provided "as is". newpowersupply.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to newpowersupply.com, its operations, content, information, materials or year 2000 compliance. You agree that newpowersupply.com, its officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of newpowersupply.com. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Governing Law
You agree that any legal action brought against newpowersupply.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of this Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los angles California.
